How It Works

I cook everything fresh during the week, cool it safely, and freeze it straight away — locking in flavour, nutrients, and quality.
Your meals arrive frozen so you can heat them whenever you’re ready.
Heating instructions are included with every order

How to order

  1. Add your meals (individual or tray) to your basket

  2. Checkout before Wednesday at 12pm

  3. Meals are cooked fresh Thursday, frozen immediately

  4. Delivered frozen on Friday 3–6pm
